Job summary
Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are hiring LMHCs, LICSWs and LMFTs as 1099 contractors, with session-based pay and complete schedule autonomy. Pay is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and claims protection.
New providers can receive a $20 increase to base pay for in-person sessions. Telehealth is supported, and Rula handles billing and admin so you can focus on care delivery within a flexible, provider-led practice.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
- Valid NPI required.
- Licensed to practice in Washington state.
- Ability to provide telehealth.
