Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/LICSW/LMFT sessions to WA clients.
• Maintain notes and client records in the EHR.
• Coordinate with support team for billing and claims processing.
