Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to deliver high-quality behavioral health care through telehealth. As a 1099 contractor, you choose your schedule and see clients with autonomy while Rula manages billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment.

We value credentialing speed, flexible hours, and reliable referrals, with a $80 hourly session rate (53 minutes) and a biweekly direct deposit. WA-licensed clinicians with telehealth capability are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington state.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families.
• Complete sessions and clinical notes; maintain documentation integrity.
• Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment; clinicians focus on care.
