Job summary

A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists for remote outpatient care. The position offers predictable W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and minimal administrative burdens. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical judgment and several active licenses. Qualifications

• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment.
• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Operate without inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities.

Skills

Strong clinical judgment

Communication skills

Independent decision-making

Experience with structured modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT)

Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload

Education

Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)

Active, unrestricted license
