Job summary

Mindpath Health is expanding outpatient mental health services in Charlotte, NC, providing care to commercially insured patients of all ages. You will join a clinician-led team offering therapy, medication management, and access to TMS/Spravato where available.

We offer 100% outpatient schedules, Monday–Friday, with no nights or weekends, plus flexible full-time options and generous benefits including 401(k), time off, insurance, parental leave, malpractice coverage, CME and licensure renewals.

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LISW) in the state delivering care.
