Job summary

Mindpath Health is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our outpatient team in a fully remote role serving patients across the United States. You will provide individual therapy via telemedicine, collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians, document care in our secure EHR, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in the state of North Carolina (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LISW) to practice therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to patients via telemedicine.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinicians to coordinate care.
• Document patient care in the EHR and maintain confidentiality.
