Job summary

Mindpath Health Medical Group in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Therapist to join our outpatient team providing medication management and therapy with hybrid in-person and telemedicine. You will work with commercially insured patients across ages and collaborate with psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists.

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing and treating a range of mental health disorders while using EHR platforms. A current LCSW, LPCC, LMFT or LISW license in the state is required.

• Active license in applicable mental health field.
