Mamaya Health is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient team. Working remotely, you will deliver high-quality care under the Outpatient Clinical Team Lead, upholding our mission and values in a client-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field.
• Independently licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc.).
• Experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
• Familiar with CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
• Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health's established timeframes.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Manage and maintain an individual book of business and monitor caseload health.
