Mamaya Health is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient team as a fully licensed clinician. You will work remotely, collaborating with leadership and diverse departments to deliver evidence-based therapies while supporting mission and values.

The role emphasizes client-centered care, documentation in established timeframes, and coordinating with other providers. Licensure in Texas and experience in outpatient settings are preferred.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc.).
• Experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with inclusivity and cultural humility.
• Strong self-accountability and autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
• Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments for best practices and compliance.
• Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitor caseload health and KPIs.
• Routinely use measurement-based care to track client outcomes and inform treatment.
• Coordinate care with other providers and family members as appropriate.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient team. Supported by the Outpatient Clinical Team Lead, you will deliver excellent clinical care, uphold our mission and values, and contribute to a collaborative, client-centered practice.

Job Duties + Functions

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments as needed to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing key performance indicators
• Routinely utilize measurement-based care, incorporating assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment.
• Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., medication prescriber, PCP, OB-GYN, dietitian, other therapists) and family members as appropriate.
• Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Independently licensed (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc) in the state of Texas.
• Prior experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
