Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our remote team. You’ll carry a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week, complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, and apply clinical creativity to help clients progress.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) is required.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes.
• Strong boundaries with clients and self-awareness to maintain them.
• Ability to maintain timely documentation (Office 365 and EHR systems).
• Credentialing with insurance panels is a plus.

• Carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week

What We’re Looking For

• A clinical license in Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar)
• Comfort with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes
• Solid boundaries with clients and the self-awareness to maintain them
• Willingness to keep up with documentation in a timely way (we all have to do it)
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a bonus
• Credentialing with insurance panels is ideal for fully licensed folks, but we can work with you
