Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP is seeking an Outpatient Therapist who embraces a culture of authenticity, humor, and compassion. This remote role supports Wisconsin clients with compassionate care, flexible scheduling, and strong professional growth opportunities.

You’ll carry a steady caseload, document with ease, and participate in ongoing staff trainings—all while maintaining ethical boundaries and quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical license in Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or similar).
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes.
• Ability to maintain boundaries with clients and timely documentation.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a bonus.
• Credentialing with insurance panels is ideal, but we can work with you.

Responsibilities

• Carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Using clinical creativity to help clients make real progress.
• Joining staff meetings and trainings with a team that genuinely likes each other.

What We're Looking For

• Solid boundaries with clients and the self-awareness to maintain them
• Willingness to keep up with documentation in a timely way (we all have to do it)
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a bonus
