Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is hiring an Outpatient Therapist to join a values-driven team that prioritizes authenticity, humor and real connection with clients. You’ll carry a caseload of clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and document progress notes in a supportive clinic setting.

Qualifications

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
• Completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes (yes, the documentation is real — we try to make it as painless as possible)
• Using your clinical creativity to help clients make real progress
• Joining staff meetings and trainings alongside a team that genuinely likes each other

What We're Looking For
