Qualifications

• Experience providing outpatient adult psychotherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functioning.
• Provide individual, family, couple and group psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other team members on program planning.
• Evaluate biopsychosocial needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Deliver psychotherapy and case management to assigned patients; contribute to care of program patients.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy and participate in crisis intervention as needed.
• Adhere to agency policies, standards and professional ethical guidelines.
