Geisinger in Pennsylvania seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for outpatient, remote work. Full-time, days, 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Requires PA licensure; provides individual and group psychotherapy; collaborates with psychiatry.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (Required)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure required for Pennsylvania outpatient practice.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient needs and develops treatment plans to facilitate improved patient functioning/symptom resolution.
• Provides individual, family, couple and group psychotherapy as deemed clinically appropriate.
• Works with psychiatry team and other applicable team members.
• Evaluates biopsychosocial needs and determines treatment plans.
• Provides psychotherapy and case management to assigned patients.
