e4health seeks an Outpatient Innovations Auditor to ensure accuracy of AI-assisted coding across outpatient records. You will review ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS outputs and compare them with human coding and documentation to uphold quality and compliance.

This is a remote role in the United States, collaborating with clients and the Innovations team to resolve variances, document results, and sustain an audit accuracy rate of 95% or better.

Formación

• AHIMA or AAPC credential required.
• Minimum 5 years of coding experience with outpatient charts.
• Minimum 2 years auditing experience.
• Experience auditing technology-assisted or autonomous coding preferred.
• Remote work experience preferred (2 years).
• Proficiency with EHRs, encoders, audit tools, and spreadsheet-based data review.

Responsabilidades

• Complete regular quality assurance reviews for clients.
• Evaluate AI-generated ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS code assignments for accuracy.
• Document variances and rationale comparing AI vs human coding.
• Analyze variance patterns and escalate issues promptly.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to implement improvements.
