Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Consultant, Outcomes Research Stats Analyst for a 6‑month remote engagement in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on health outcomes research across multiple portfolios, with heavy SAS programming and data analysis requirements.

Minimum 7 years of SAS programming plus 4 years with large claims/EMR datasets is expected, with R/Rshiny skills a plus. You will develop SAPs, manage data QC, and translate statistics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master, or post-graduate degree in HEOR or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years SAS programming experience.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on with large claims/EMR databases in HEOR.
• Experience with R/Rshiny programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focusing across Women’s Health, Established Brands, Biosimilars, and in-licensing opportunities.
• Design and delivery of internal research projects and insights, including internal data analysis of observational studies.
• Communicating data to stakeholders and supporting congress presentations and manuscript submissions.
• Strong SAS programming skills and data analyses.
• Extensive work with large US insurance claims databases, electronic medical records, and registry databases for health outcomes research.
• OMNY database experience and dermatology is a plus.
• Experience with ICD-10, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC, HCPCS, CPT coding.
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments (Azure, AWS).
• Develop SAPs and Statistical Analysis Plans based on study concepts.
• Develop QC processes and programming templates to ensure data quality.
• Conduct analyses to generate tables, listings, and figures for publications and presentations.
• Meet timelines with clear communication to non-statisticians.
