Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment in the virtual card program. You will educate suppliers, manage high-volume outbound outreach, and guide them through enrollment to expand Global Payments' network.

The role emphasizes customer-focused outreach, accuracy, and the ability to meet aggressive enrollment targets while collaborating with Payment Optimization and Operations teams across the US.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and ability to present.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into virtual card program via high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on virtual card payments and benefits of enrollment.
• Address objections with consultative conversations and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment and ensure excellent customer experience.

As a Supplier Enrollment Specialist and play a key role in expanding our virtual card payment network. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll partner with suppliers, educate them on the benefits of virtual payments, and help drive adoption of innovative payment solutions that create value for businesses across the globe.

What you'll own

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into MineralTree's virtual card payment program through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on the benefits of accepting virtual card payments and becoming part of our payment network.
• Identify and overcome objections through active listening, consultative conversations, and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through the enrollment process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information accurately and efficiently to ensure successful enrollment.
• Consistently exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality assurance goals.
• Maintain a high level of self-motivation while managing outbound calling activity and achieving results with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support additional functions within the Payment Optimization and Payment Operations teams as needed.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members as the organization continues to grow.

• Experience within virtual card, ePayables, commercial card, merchant processing, payments, procurement, or fintech industries.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding performance goals and targets.
• Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
• Knowledge of supplier enablement, payment optimization, or accounts payable solutions.
• Experience mentoring or training new team members.

The above represents the expected base salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your base pay, we'll consider your

location, experience, and other job-related factors. The compensation model also allows for additional commission compensation, which may be later used to

offset any wage advancements. A first-year professional may expect an average of $40,000- $50,000+ in commission compensation if you are in the top 25% in the form of uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.

This role is eligible to be primarily remote within the United States. However, candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to one of our
