What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to upsell products and services while providing excellent customer service
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information based on training and knowledge base
- Document and process customer orders accurately in appropriate systems
- Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support in a contact center environment
