What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to upsell existing products and services.
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately document and process customer orders in the relevant systems.
- Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and coordinating with other departments.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and processes.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of the Windows operating system.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales in a contact center environment.
- State or Federal work experience.
