Job summary

Louisiana State University is seeking a Transient - PPRL Outbound Phone Survey Researcher to conduct telephone interviews and enter responses into a data collection system. This role is remote/off-site from home, focused on outbound calls without inbound inquiries.

The position requires basic computer and typing skills, clear speaking voice, and ability to follow scripts. Hours are Mon-Fri 5pm-9pm and Sat-Sun 10am-9pm, with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 20 hours per week; pay is $12.50 per

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic typing skills.
• Must have acceptable reading and pronunciation skills.
• Must be friendly, outgoing and have a conversational tone of voice.
• You must have a clear speaking voice and be able to communicate well over the phone.
• Must be able to follow set procedures including the ability to read scripts verbatim.
• Must have some previous retail or customer service experience.
