Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in manufacturing OT environments.
- Hands-on experience with PLC and SCADA systems.
- Experience with industrial networking concepts (VLANs, network segmentation, firewalls).
- Understanding of high-availability and disaster recovery principles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deployment of standardized OT solutions (PLC, HMI, SCADA) and MES integration.
- Lifecycle management of industrial automation platforms with baseline configurations.
- Contribute to product backlogs with automation opportunities and architecture improvements.
- Implement high-availability and disaster recovery designs for critical systems.
- Support observability, alerting, and MTTR reduction with Site Reliability Engineers.
