Qualifications

• Ability to relocate facilities and knowledge of obtaining right of ways and easements.

• Experience with engineering routine and specific COE/OSP work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed outside plant facility engineering tasks.
• Prepare and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and reports.
• Conduct periodic job inspections and maintain quality control.

Skills

Ability to identify existing voice/data plant and utilities

Knowledge of right of ways and easements

Expert knowledge of COE/OSP principles

Proficiency in PC applications and CAD systems

Experience with the National Electric Safety Code
