Qualifications

• Ability to identify existing voice/data plant, electric, and other utilities on site plans.
• Expert knowledge of COE/OSP principles and engineering standards.
• Experience with obtaining right-of-way and easements.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed outside plant facility engineering tasks including estimating and designing.
• Prepare and interpret engineering plans and reports.
• Develop job budget and conduct periodic inspections.
