Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce-based online scheduling to track hundreds of project tasks.
• Assign tasks to internal and external teams using Salesforce.
• Monitor and update tasks and provide updates on upcoming tasks.
• Prepare reports on milestones, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate field activities with construction managers.
