Qualifications

• Board-certified in ABOS Orthopaedic Surgery or AOA.
• Active medical license in the United States.
• Completed residency and fellowship as applicable.
• Currently practicing in the US with independent practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate health AI model outputs for orthopedic surgery relevance and safety.
• Review de-identified patient charts and judge AI answers to clinical questions.
• Write structured rationales on clinical rigor, completeness and clarity.
• Flag errors that could affect patient safety.
