Dental Claim Support, a Savannah, GA-based dental revenue cycle management company, is seeking an Oral Surgery Dental Insurance Billing Specialist to lead clean-claim posting and aging reduction for a portfolio of oral surgery clients. This remote role reports to an Account Manager and offers flexible scheduling with growth opportunities.

The position emphasizes expert CDT/ICD-10/ADA coding, accurate posting, and cross-team collaboration to maximize reimbursement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental insurance billing experience, preferably in an oral surgery practice.
• Hands-on experience with dental practice management software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and comfort using web portals.
• Highly organized, detail-focused professional with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Growth mindset and team-oriented approach; ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full dental revenue cycle for assigned oral surgery clients, including posting payments and adjustments.
• Prepare and submit clean, properly coded claims daily; investigate denials and reduce aging.
• Apply CDT, ICD-10, ADA coding, coordination of benefits, and verification to maximize reimbursement.
• Post payments via practice management software and payer portals; maintain AR and patient queues.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, clients, payers, and vendors to refine workflows and drive revenue growth.
