Job summary

Mastek Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant to join our ERP Supply Chain team in the USA. You will analyze, design, and implement OM solutions, configure OM modules, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.

The role requires 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in global locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a functional consultant in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with focus on Order Management (OM).
• Strong understanding of ERP supply chain processes and Oracle EBS OM functionalities.
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle EBS OM setups, workflows, and related master data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement Oracle EBS Order Management functional solutions within ERP Supply Chain environments.
• Configure and maintain Oracle EBS Order Management modules to support end-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS OM functional specifications.
• Support integration of Order Management with other Oracle EBS modules to ensure seamless process flows.
• Perform functional testing, UAT, and support production deployments for Oracle EBS OM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle EBS Order Management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for Oracle EBS OM processes and configurations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP Supply Chain processes using Oracle EBS capabilities.

ERP Supply Chain - Oracle On Premise (EBS) - EBS: Order Management - Order Management (OM) (Functional) Consultant-Oracle. Candidate must have relevant experience of 3 to 6 Years.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) functional solutions within ERP Supply Chain environments.
• Configure and maintain Oracle EBS Order Management modules to support end-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS OM functional specifications.
• Support integration of Order Management with other Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, AR) to ensure seamless process flows.
• Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support production deployments for Oracle EBS OM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle EBS Order Management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for Oracle EBS OM processes and configurations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP Supply Chain processes using Oracle EBS capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
