Job summary

Skill Magnet is seeking an experienced Oracle RMS Tester for a remote contract role. You will design, execute and automate tests for Oracle RMS and integrated modules, ensuring end-to-end quality across retail systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA within Oracle RMS, strong SQL, RMS data flows, and experience with Agile environments. Familiarity with Selenium or Tosca and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle RMS or related Oracle Retail modules.
• Strong understanding of RMS integration points and data flow with third-party systems.
• Proven SQL skills and ability to validate backend data.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, integration, and regression tests for Oracle RMS and modules.
• Analyze specifications to derive test conditions and coverage.
• Validate end-to-end data flow between RMS and POS, WMS, Finance, and OMS.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues across application, database, and middleware.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT planning and defect triage with business and technical teams.
• Automate tests using Selenium or Tosca as needed.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure quality in releases.
