Zusammenfassung

AFL is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst - Order Management to join the Enterprise Applications team. The role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Distribution, and IT to optimize Oracle EBS Order Management and the O2C lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have deep OM expertise, hands-on experience across order entry, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and cash application, and familiarity with EDI and Kinaxis planning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of Oracle EBS Business Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle Order Management experience.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience supporting high-volume order management and customer fulfillment operations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Master Data.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a functional analyst for Oracle Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Analyze, document, and implement enhancements for end-to-end O2C processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle solutions.
• Drive standardization and adoption of best practices across global operations.
• Support and enhance Oracle EBS Order Management, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Pricing, and related modules.
• Configure and maintain Order Management setups including types, holds, workflow, pricing rules, shipping parameters, customer hierarchies, and credit management.
• Coordinate initiatives across the O2C lifecycle and collaborate with Finance for invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Help with EDI transactions and integration platforms; support Kinaxis collaboration and data integrity.
