Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Oracle Hyperion Senior Functional Consultant to lead the design, enhancement, and support of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE/FDM, and DRM. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams to translate requirements into effective Hyperion implementations.

In this role, you will administer and optimize Hyperion environments, drive testing, and deliver training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Hyperion/EPM applications.
• Proven participation in 3-4 full lifecycle Hyperion projects in a functional/tech-functional capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional architecture, configuration, and deployment of Hyperion EPM apps.
• Gather, assess, and document requirements with Finance/FP&A and translate into Hyperion solutions.
• Administer and optimize Hyperion Planning and Essbase environments and data forms.
• Support close, consolidation, and reporting activities by resolving issues and ensuring data integrity.
• Drive testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and deliver user training and knowledge transfer.
