Job summary

Largeton Group is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant for a remote engagement with a potential short travel to Memphis for kickoff. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, payroll and core HR implementations, and ongoing support for 3–6 months.

Candidates should bring hands-on experience with HDL, Spreadsheet Data Loader, PBL, VBCS and Fast Formulas, and be comfortable translating HR processes into effective system configurations while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ,Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.
• Experienced in full lifecycle implementations and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Strong hands-on exposure across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and custom extensions using VBCS.
• Proficient in developing Fast Formulas for validations, accruals, overtime, and absence rules.
• Adept at translating HR processes and talent management workflows into effective system configurations, with proven strengths in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge in Data loading into Oracle Fusion HCM by using HDL Data Loader, Spreadsheet Data Loader, and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
• Experience in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions.
• Experience in implementing Global core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Expertise working on project Implementation, Configuration, upgrades, Production Support, and the change management process.
