Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of Fusion Cloud solutions across ERP, HCM, and SCM modules. You will provide technical leadership, define standards, and guide integration work using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.

The role requires hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/HDL data migrations, and a track record of successful full lifecycle implementations. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise: OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP web services, SQL, PL/SQL, XML/JSON
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience developing solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS and overall 15+ years
• Proficient in Oracle Technologies like OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports
• Worked on Integration Using Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) Service or other integration tool.
• Worked on Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Proven ability to integrate FIN/HCM with third party providers such as ADP, Mercer, etc.
• Worked on Data Migration through FBDI (File based data import) Templates.
• Experience on Fusion ERP Technical Architecture and Finance/ SCM/ HCM modules e.g. GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO etc..
• Hands on experience working on the AIM Documentation writing Technical Specs, Test Script SIT UAT Code Review and Deployment and SDLC Change Management process
• Must have Technical hands-on experience working on Full Implementation lifecycles of at least 2+ projects
• Experience in application and SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of ITIL framework working in Development and Support projects
• A highly motivated and energetic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Oracle EBS open interface APIs, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms Developer, Oracle workflow, XML Publisher. OAF will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across modules such as ERP, HCM, SCM, and related areas
• Provides technical leadership to development and integration teams, setting standards, reviewing designs, and ensuring best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability
• Designs and develops integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware tools
• Customizes and extends applications using BI Publisher, OTBI, BIP reports, and Fast Formulas
• Oversees data migration using tools like FBDI and HDL
• Collaborates with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentors’ junior developers and consultants, and resolves complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support
