Alignment Health is seeking a Senior Engineer, Oracle Finance Systems Integration & Data Architect (remote) to own high-volume data pipelines connecting Oracle Cloud Financials to the Enterprise Data Lake and analytics platforms.

You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, integrate Oracle with Workday and other systems, and ensure HIPAA/SOX compliance. This role requires leadership in data architecture and a strong focus on secure, reliable financial data flows.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS
• Experience building data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to cloud data lakes
• Experience with OIC, FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs in production
• Ability to map financial data across GL, AP, AR, FA
• Experience with HIPAA, SOX, GDPR/CCPA compliance in data movement
• Experience in regulated healthcare/insurance/finance environments
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Financials with Workday in multi-system environments
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud data pipelines and BI tooling
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred (CS/Engineering)

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain automated data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to the Enterprise Data Lake
• Engineer integrations between Oracle Financials and ERP/workflow systems (Workday, third-party platforms)
• Ensure data security and compliance with HIPAA and SOX, including data lineage
• Configure Oracle BI Publisher report bursting and optimize OTBI queries
• Serve as Tier 3/4 escalation for complex integration incidents and drive root-cause analysis
• Support Oracle Cloud Financials implementation and drive continuous improvement using automation
