Job summary

NAVA Software solutions is seeking an Oracle ERP O2C/Sales Order Lead - Fusion to guide implementation and upgrades of Oracle ERP Cloud O2C/Sales Order Management for Life Sciences clients. This 100% remote role requires deep domain knowledge and a track record in pharma/biotech environments.

You will lead SME activities, drive requirements gathering, coordinate SIT/UAT, and partner with client teams to map business processes to Oracle Cloud functionality.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Oracle ERP experience with 5 years global in Life Sciences ( pharma / biotech ).
Strong understanding of O2C/Sales Order Management functions (Invoicing, AR, Payments).
Experience with requirements gathering, design, testing, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

Lead SME for Oracle O2C/Sales Order Management.
Oversee implementation and setup of Oracle ERP Cloud O2C/Sales Order Management.
Lead discovery and gather requirements around O2C and Sales Order processes.
Collaborate with users to map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality.
Configure Oracle ERP to meet business needs.
Lead configuration walkthroughs with client.
Coordinate SIT and UAT with client IT and business leads.
Provide estimates, timelines, and progress updates to PM.
Advise on functionality and implementation strategy for Oracle ERP.
