Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an ERP Business Analyst, Staff to support Oracle EPM production environments and development within the 1LMX program. You will help overhaul our finance systems, focusing on Forward Pricing Rate Proposal and Indirect Budgets modules, including testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

This fully remote role requires occasional travel for key workshops and collaboration with IT Product Owners and Solution Architects.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development methodologies (agile or waterfall).
• Experience translating functional & process requirements to technical solutions.
• Significant development & configurations experience in Oracle EPM (EPBCS) modules: FPRP & IB.
• Experience maintaining DEV/TEST/PROD environments in Oracle EPM.
• Background in Accounting, Finance, CS, MIS or related fields.
• Strong communication & facilitation skills.
• US Citizenship required for system access.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on best practices within the system in partnership with IT PO and IT Solution Architect.
• Collaborate with Functional Leads on FS writing & completion.
• Own and support the module across configuration, specs, code, and unit testing with IT PO & IT Software Architect.
• Write and modify Groovy scripts, business rules, calculations, and forms.
• Ensure appropriate user access levels with Security & Application Management Lead.
• Coordinate testing results for defect triage and resolution.
• Execute Mock & Production Cutover tasks as per Oracle EPM Cutover Plan.
• Review Oracle patches to plan regression tests and mitigate PROD impact.
• Support ongoing Production environments (Operations & Maintenance).
• Monitor interface and batch jobs with IT PO & IT Software Architect.
