Job summary

Lockheed Martin is hiring an ERP Business Analyst, Staff, with a strong Oracle EPM background to support the CSR module based on EPBCS. The role is fully remote and may require travel for key workshops including development, testing, deployment, and Hypercare.

You will lead configuration, testing, and production support across Oracle EPM environments. You will collaborate with IT Product Owners, Solution Architects and functional leads while writing FS, configuring the CSR module, and developing

Qualifications

• Experience with software development methodologies (such as agile or waterfall).
• Experience with functional & process requirements as translated to technical solutions.
• Significant software technical development & configurations experience in Oracle EPM, specifically CSR based on EPBCS.
• Experience with maintaining development, test, & production environments within Oracle EPM.
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• US Citizenship is required due to system access.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on best practice approaches within the system in partnership with IT PO and IT Solution Architect.
• Collaborate with Functional Leads on FS writing and completion.
• Own and support the module across configuration, technical specs, code and unit testing with IT PO & IT Software Architect.
• Write & modify groovy scripts, business rules, calculation scripts, and forms.
• Ensure proper access levels in collaboration with Security & App Management Lead.
• Collaborate with Functional Leads on testing results for defect triage and resolution.
• Execute Mock & Production Cutover tasks in the Oracle EPM Cutover Plan for technical tasks.
• Review Oracle patches for regression testing to mitigate PROD impact.
• Support ongoing Production environments (Operations & Maintenance).
• Monitor interface & batch jobs with IT PO & IT Software Architect.
