Job summary

Saab, Inc. in East Syracuse, NY seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst to support and modernize our ERP landscape across Supply Chain, Projects, and Financial applications.

The role combines functional and technical duties including troubleshooting, configurations, and development within Oracle EBS R12. You will work onsite at Saab’s East Syracuse facility or remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with the Oracle roadmap and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Workflow and AME.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Applications Framework (OAF) and Oracle Forms for extensions/personalization.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Interfaces.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS modules: Financials (GL/AP/AR/FA), OTL, Projects, Supply Chain (PO), Inventory (INV), OM/Shipping.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process-design skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS applications.
• Perform production support, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the business to define needs, requirements, and plan tasks.
• Design, configure, test, and document Oracle EBS solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide technical development and support of Workflow, Forms, Reports, and Interfaces.
