Job summary

Significance Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks an Oracle EBS - System/Solution Architect to support a federal program. This role is primarily remote with occasional onsite work at the DOL in Washington, DC, and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

You will design, modernize, and secure the New Core Financial Management System (NCFMS), lead integration efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet federal standards and security controls.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise-scale solution architecture for federal finance or large Oracle ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Oracle/SQL, and modern API microservices.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable architecture blueprints for NCFMS modules.
• Oversee integration of financial databases, cloud services, and web applications.
• Enforce federal security controls like NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.
• Coordinate with agency program managers, financial analysts, and cybersecurity teams to resolve system bottlenecks.
