Info Dinamica Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Database Administrator to lead a high-impact upgrade from R12.1.x to R12.2.x (12.2.14 or newer).

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on Oracle Database Administration experience.
• At least one full-cycle EBS technical upgrade from R12.1.x to R12.2.x (12.2.14 or latest strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2 architecture and ADOP
• Familiarity with SCM and Financials modules within EBS for upgrade context
• Experience with CPUs and security hardening practices

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite from R12.1.3 to R12.2.14 (or latest).
• Implement and configure Oracle R12.2 Online Patching (ADOP).
• Perform Oracle DB administration: installation, patching, cloning, backup/recovery, tuning, capacity planning.
• Upgrade and support BI Publisher, APEX, ECC Foundation.
• Coordinate CEMLI retrofit with functional/development teams.
• Establish performance baselines and conduct upgrade testing.
• Implement security best practices and Data Guard/RAC configurations.
• Support SSO/IAM integrations from a DB perspective.
• Collaborate with Financials and SCM teams to resolve issues.
• Create technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
