Job summary

Advantra Consulting Group seeks a highly experienced Oracle WMS Cloud Lead Consultant. The role requires strong client-facing leadership, extensive hands-on Oracle WMS Cloud implementation experience, and ability to travel across the USA and Mexico as required.

The consultant will lead workshops, manage onshore-offshore delivery teams, and oversee data migration, master data setup, and reporting deliverables in complex warehouse and logistics environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle WMS Cloud experience
• Led at least two full-cycle Oracle WMS Cloud implementations
• Strong client-facing leadership and workshops with stakeholders
• Experience coordinating onshore-offshore delivery teams
• Deep understanding of warehouse, distribution and logistics ops
• Experience integrating Oracle WMS Cloud with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (INV, OM, TMS)
• Experience overseeing data migration, master data setup, reporting and analytics

Responsibilities

• Deliver project activities and milestones as defined by the client
• Lead end-to-end Oracle WMS Cloud implementations from requirements through go-live and hypercare
• Facilitate workshops and solution discussions with warehouse operations stakeholders
• Coordinate onshore-offshore delivery teams to ensure timely execution
• Oversee data migration, master data setup and analytics deliverables
