Job summary

Huron in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub transformation programs for Healthcare Provider organizations. You will manage client engagements, guide project teams, and deliver data-driven recommendations across procurement and master data governance.

Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faced role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub transformation programs for Healthcare Provider organizations.
• Lead solution design and implementation across full Procurement suite (Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal / Management), and Product Hub, with a focus on item & supplier master governance.
• Oversee consulting teams, mentor managers and consultants, and ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain awareness of emerging healthcare supply chain, procurement, AI, analytics, and Oracle Cloud innovations, bringing leading practices and market insights to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with healthcare clients to optimize master data management, procurement, inventory management, sourcing, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, Oracle leadership, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Drive financial performance of engagements, including resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 6 –10 years of Oracle SCM cloud implementation experience in a consulting role, or production/operational support for a Healthcare provider.
• Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub.
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management, relationship management and technical dimensions.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $190,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750 - $237,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
