Job summary

Apps Associates is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large technology implementation programs with multiple sub-projects. You will coordinate across project teams, report to the Practice Director, and work closely with the PMO on internal initiatives to grow the Practice.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and multi-project oversight. The candidate should have extensive consulting experience, a track record of delivering complex programs, and the ability to engage

Qualifications

• BS/BBA with 16–18 years of experience or equivalent
• MS/MBA is a strong plus
• 5+ years of Program Management on programs of $7M+ annual revenue
• 10+ years of consulting experience in senior PM roles
• Led at least twelve full life-cycle implementations

Responsibilities

• Manage large technology implementation programs with multiple sub-projects under one program
• Collaborate with Apps Associates PMO on internal initiatives to grow the Practice
• Communicate effectively with C-Suite stakeholders and project sponsors
• Manage engagement risks and escalations across multi-pillar programs
