Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist – Acquire to Retire (Fixed Assets).

You will analyze business processes, document requirements, and design financial system solutions across Oracle modules. Responsibilities include translating business needs into IT requirements, transferring knowledge to developers, supporting testing and training, and facilitating month‑end and year‑end reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Business Analyst experience and SDLC exposure.
• 12+ years of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud experience.
• 8+ years in Acquire to Retire (A2R) processes.
• Experience with month-end/year-end closing and reconciliations.
• Public sector ERP experience is highly desirable.
• Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document current business procedures to identify improvements.
• Document business process requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP and related apps.
• Plan designs and implement financial system solutions with internal/external teams.
• Transfer knowledge to application developers and support testing.
• Support training and user adoption; assist in consolidation of design specs.
• Review and provide feedback on design documents and specifications.
