Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) in Washington, DC is seeking an Oracle Financial Specialist A2R (IT Product Specialist - CLOUD). The role requires a mandatory three-day in-office schedule with on-site presence Monday through Wednesday each week.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and providing technical solutions.
• Experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting financial systems or Oracle Financials modules (Accounts Payable, Receivables, Purchasing, General Ledger, Projects, Grants, Budget, etc.).
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud and public sector state/local government experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into applications.
• Configure, test, and implement modifications to Oracle ERP or EPM Cloud modules (Accounts Payable, Receivables, GL, Purchasing, Projects, Grants, Budget, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors to resolve product functionality issues.
• Work with security staff to document and implement processes to ensure compliance with District, OCIO, and IRS security controls.
