Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist for the Order to Cash process.

You will analyze current procedures, document requirements, and design ERP solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external resources to optimize financial systems. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS/Cloud and a proven ability to transfer business needs into functional designs, with a track record in month-end processes and data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of business analysis experience in ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite.
• Experience documenting requirements and functional designs.
• Ability to transfer business needs to IT teams.
• Proven track record in month-end close and reconciling data.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document current procedures; identify improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to design and implement ERP solutions.
• Define system scope and objectives through research.
• Transfer business requirements to developers.
• Advocate for best action paths based on analysis.
• Process large volumes of information to extract key points.
• Identify new business patterns and propose changes.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and designs.
• Build trust between Business and IT teams.
• Assist in identifying and implementing software solutions.
• Provide user support and training for applications.
• Review design specs and provide constructive feedback.
