Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Oracle Cloud Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end data conversion for Oracle Cloud implementations in a fully remote US-based role. You will supervise data migration, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data integrity and compliance across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data conversion, strong Oracle Cloud expertise, and proven leadership in complex transformation projects. Remote work within the United States is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years in data conversion/migration with Oracle Cloud.
• Experience leading data conversion activities and mapping.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion and migration for Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Act as SME for Oracle Cloud conversion processes and guide project teams.
• Translate requirements into data mapping strategies and technical specs.
• Design, develop, and optimize conversion processes using Oracle Cloud.
