Axiom Path is seeking a Data Conversion Consultant to support an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation for a public-sector environment. You will lead data conversion activities, map legacy HR data, and ensure accurate migration and validation across the stack.

Qualifications

• Lead and execute data conversion activities supporting an enterprise Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Analyze legacy HR and workforce data and translate it into appropriate Oracle Cloud HCM structures.
• Develop data mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation processes.
• Work with functional and technical workstreams to define conversion requirements and resolve complex data issues.
• Execute Oracle Cloud HCM data loads and troubleshoot conversion failures, validation errors, and data-quality discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple mock conversion cycles, testing phases, implementation milestones, cutover, and production deployment.
