Wieland North America is seeking a Oracle Business Analyst. The Oracle Business Analyst will support Wieland businesses requirements in Oracle Order Management and manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory. The Oracle EBS Business Analyst will be responsible for enhancements and support of Client EBS applications portfolio and will act as a liaison between business users and technical team members. This individual will be gathering requirements, writing functional design documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, testing, implementing, and training. This role will be fully remote with 10% travel.

Responsibilities

Oracle Business Analyst Responsibilities:

* Supports business users on the functionality and use of Oracle EBS modules.
* Responsible for gathering requirements, writing functional design documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, testing, implementing, and training.
* Support and enhance Oracle EBS Applications and integrated interfaces to legacy systems.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with users, peers, and all levels of management.

Oracle Business Analyst Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (B.S.); Major or Minor in Information Systems preferred
* At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business analyst or related role in supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite applications
* Proficient with Oracle applications, in the following Oracle eBusiness suite applications: Financial applications, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, CRM, and Advanced Pricing
* Basic knowledge of data analytical query tools like SQL
* Strong project management experience
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional & geographically dispersed teams
* Ability to provide solid solutions to current and anticipated business challenges
* Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Demonstrates the capacity to manage changing priorities
