Wieland North America is seeking a Oracle Business Analyst to support business requirements related to Oracle Order Management, manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory. The role involves supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS applications, acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements, documenting functional designs, testing, implementing, and training. This position is fully remote with 10% travel.

Responsibilities

1. Support business users on Oracle EBS modules' functionality.
2. Gather requirements, write functional design documents, communicate with technical teams, test, implement, and train.
3. Support and enhance Oracle EBS applications and interfaces to legacy systems.
4. Communicate effectively with users, peers, and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite applications.
• Proficiency in Oracle applications such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, CRM, and Pricing.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and locations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with adaptability to changing priorities.
