Job summary

Client First Technologies is seeking an Oracle APEX Developer to build and maintain custom tools, dashboards, and reporting interfaces for real-time EA governance, licensing, cost, and compliance across a federal government program.

This full-time, remote position emphasizes production APEX apps, PL/SQL optimization, REST integrations, and secure, scalable data models, with collaboration across architects, DBAs, and stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
• Hands-on experience building production APEX applications, including native components and custom PL/SQL logic.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL performance optimization.
• Experience with REST integration, interactive grids, and dynamic actions in APEX.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize APEX apps with reports, dashboards, and workflow automation for EA governance.
• Write efficient PL/SQL/SQL including procedures, packages, triggers, and performance tuning.
• Model relational data supporting EA cost tracking, entitlement management, and utilization reporting.
• Implement REST integrations, interactive grids, dynamic actions, and workflow automation to modernize legacy customer tracking tools.
• Coordinate with architects, DBAs, and functional stakeholders to translate EA governance and reporting requirements into scalable Oracle-based solutions.
• Support Azure-based tooling and Power Platform integrations where EA data intersects with Microsoft-hosted systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the APEX and Oracle ecosystem.
• Develop applications compliant with government security standards.
• Ensure data integrity across cost, licensing, and entitlement datasets used in EA decision-making.
